Official announcement of Three Idiots remake

Shankar has whole heartedly experienced the reception of Endhiran by the audience. Endhiran is a great success at the box office. Director Shankar has so far directed gargantuan films.

Because of this it takes many years for him to complete a film. in his 17 years of career in cinema, he has directed only 10 films. But all his films have been hits.

Shankar who is basking in the success of Endhiran is getting ready for his next film. It has been officially announced that his next film will be the remake of the Hindi film Three Idiots.

Shankar after fully satisfied with the success of Endhiran is now commencing the Tamil and Telugu remake of the Hindi block buster Three Idiots. Vijay is doing the lead role in the Tamil version while Mahesh Babu does the lead role in the Telugu version. Jeeva and Siddarth will also be sharing the screen with Vijay and Mahesh Babu in the respective languages.

Shankar has the habit of going abroad with his family on vacation after he completes a film. He will commence the shooting of the Three Idiots after he comes back from his vacation.
