Simbhu who was telling all these days that he was a great fan of Jyothika declared on the stage that in future he would be a fan of Anushka. When the media people asked him why this sudden change, he said,” I will not so easily become a fan of anyone else. Earlier I was a fan of Jyothika. But after seeing Arundhathi I became the fan of Anushka. Normally it would be the job of the hero to carry the film on his shoulder but in Arundhathi, Anushka has carried the whole film in her shoulder. That is why I became the fan of Anushka.”
